Megan, photo imaging of rugs is not a perfect science. I understand that it didn't look as you had hoped. I took what I thought were photos to capture all the angles. I gave you a full refund. I am disappointed that you would give a 4 star review. Better not to have given a review in my opinion, because I immediately posted a full refund upon receiving the rug back. Please think through the entire process and consider rescinding a less than 5 star review.
